Cloudwater DIPA has quickly gained a formidable reputation.
Each version is slightly different, using the best available hops and yeast at the time of brewing.
So do they live up to the hype?
Extreme hops, tropical flavours with notes of lime and pine combine in a series of boozy, but drinkable DIPAs that we think are just as good as their reviews.
The team at Cloudwater tell us their beers are best enjoyed at their freshest, so in an effort to discourage stockpiling they’ll be brewing in smaller more regular releases.
We look forward to tasting the first of these when v9 is released at the end of October.
DIPAs work well with contrasting flavours.
Try them with a side plate soft creamy French cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
