DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We send beer using an overnight courier unless otherwise stated. It should be with you within 2-3 working days of payment; however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your beer the courier will deliver it to a neighbour or with your instructions a safe place. If it cannot be delivered safely they will hold it for a short period to allow collection or re-delivery, before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge £6 to cover the cost of re-delivery.
We only accept returns in exceptional circumstances. In the event of exceptional circumstances please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Change of Address
You can update your address at any time; either by logging into our customer portal or contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes made using the portal are effective immediately, however you should allow 5 working days for us to process any changes submitted by email. Please note that changes in address will only be updated for future deliveries not yet in our fulfillment process. Orders are submitted for fulfillment on your renewal date.
