We want to get things right first time, but occasionally things can go wrong. If you need our help or have a question; get in touch at support@imperialbeerclub.com and we’ll do our best to resolve your query as quickly as possible.   

Renewals and Billing Cycles

Imperial Beer Club subscriptions are billed every calendar month unless otherwise stated, for a total of 12 boxes per year. New subscriber boxes may be from a prior month to the current box.    

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 calendar months from the end of the month of purchase, and will be voided upon expiry. If you are having difficulty redeeming a gift voucher please contact us for assistance at support@imperialbeerclub.com.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in combination with promotional offers.

Cancellations and Changes to Your Subscription

We offer a flexible service, where you can cancel or change your subscription plan at any time; either by logging into our customer portal or contacting us at support@imperialbeerclub.com.

Changes made using the portal are effective immediately, however you should allow 5 working days for us to process any changes submitted by email. Changes must be processed prior to renewal date in order to be effective.

Please note that changes of address will only be updated for future deliveries not yet in our fulfilment process.


Your beer with be sent by tracked courier delivery. It will usually be with you within 2-3 working days of your payment; however please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

If no-one is available to take delivery of your beer the courier will leave details of how to arrange re-delivery. In the event of repeated failed deliveries your beer may be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge £6 to cover the cost of re-delivery in these circumstances.

Promotions & Plan Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all voucher codes and offers are for single use only.

Introductory offers are only valid for households without an active subscription in the last 3 months, and cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers. We reserve the right to reject any orders which do not meet this criteria.

We reserve the right to terminate any subscription plan without notice.

We also reserve the right to change the price of any subscription plan by giving 7 days notice in writing to the email associated with the billing address for your account.


New subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of start date upon return of any goods shipped. However please note we do not offer a free returns service so you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us at support@imperialbeerclub.com


We only accept returns in exceptional circumstances. In the event of exceptional circumstances please contact us at support@imperialbeerclub.com. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Age Restriction

You must be over 18 years old to purchase alcohol. If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the age of the purchaser or recipient is in doubt.

We reserve the right not to be held liable for any errors or omissions, and neither Imperial Beer Club nor our employees will be held liable for damages arising from use of the website or products sold here.
