Why are your boxes more expensive than other beer clubs?

The higher price lets us include beers other beer clubs can’t. The beers we feature are brewed in smaller batches using more ingredients, which results in more flavourful beer. It costs more to brew on this scale and the higher alcohol content means there’s more duty to be paid.

When do I get billed?

If you join as a member you will be billed at the start your membership, then on the same date 12 months later (this is your renewal date).

You can check the renewal date of your membership by emailing us at support@imperialbeerclub.com; including enough details for us to identify your subscription. Orders for boxes are billed when you checkout.

How often do I get beers?

You can order boxes of beer whenever you like! We run a flexible membership so you only have to order the beers you like, whenever you want them.

How do I become a member?

Just follow the links on our homepage (imperialbeerclub.com) to join as a member.

What beers will I get? Can I choose?

Yes, we will email you when each box is made available and if you like the sound of it you can place an order.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Totally. Our packaging has been specially designed to use the minimum amount of materials needed to protect your beers, and is 100% recyclable.

How do I cancel my membership, or update my payment details?

You can process changes to your subscription by following the instructions in your joining email. Or email us at support@imperialbeerclub.com, making sure you include enough information for us to be able to identify your account and we’ll give you a hand.

How do I update my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address whenever you place an order.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Boxes are shipped within 2-3 days, or on the date specified when placing an order. Unfortunately we aren’t able to nominate a specific day for courier delivery.

What if my box is damaged?

Oh no! Our logistics partner Eebria spent a long time designing our box to withstand all the bumps and bounces it might get on its way to you, but occasionally something goes wrong. If it does send us an email at the email address in our confirmation email and we’ll sort it out for you.
