New England IPA Citra Mosaic – ABV 7%

Strong, fruity, juicy and deceptively drinkable IPA, fermented with Vermont ale yeast.

Look: Pours hazy golden orange in the glass.

Aroma: Citrus and tropical fruit.

Taste: Big and juicy, with intense hop aroma and a nice bitter finish.

Verdict: Juice bomb that’s everything a good NEIPA should be.

Big Poppa IPA – ABV 7%

This single hop IPA is loaded with oats and Amarillo.

Look: Murky juice-bomb.

Aroma: Citrus zest, with orange and grapefruit.

Taste: Lovely thick, pulpy mouthfeel the oats, big and juicy with a gentle grassy finish.

Verdict: Big on oats, this beer is a great example of the current wave of New England-inspired IPAs.

Yakima Valley IPA – ABV 7%

Domino Topple IPA – ABV 7.2%

West by Three Berry White IPA ABV 7%

Oh, baby.

West by Three’s first interpretation of the modern milkshake IPA style is loaded with Rhubarb, Blackberries, Raspberries and Oats. An addition of Lactose blends with the oats to create a smooth full body, that we are sure the ‘Walrus of Love’ himself would enjoy.

The Vermont yeast allows the late additions of Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra to shine through and blend with the Berries and Rhubarb to form our Berry White IPA. This combination results in complex aroma and flavours; tart, juicy, and aromatic but without bitterness.

Finished with low carbonation to keep things silky smooth, you will be left wanting more.

Boss Boss ABV 7.4%

Double IPA. Two malts, two wheat malts, two bittering hops, two aroma hops and two yeasts.

Double of everything. A big league IBU balanced to perfection. So good they named it twice.

55/06 Double IPA Galaxy Mosaic – ABV 8.2%

Galaxy and Mosaic are both known for their potently tropical and savoury properties, and putting them in contest with one another seems to bring out the best of both. Punchy pineapple, citrus, allium and apricot notes soak the palate with every sip.

Burnt Mill Ties that Bine – ABV 8.2%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Simply Hops. For this DIPA we settled on a simple malt bill of pale and flaked oats then used a blend of El Dorado, Ella, Hallertau, Comet & Bru-1 hops in the whirlpool and over multiple dry-hop additions. Fermented with the Lallermand New England yeast strain that brings peach esters to meld with the ripe tropical hop aromas.

Not Guilty! The Juice IPA – ABV 7.5%

The only thing this beer is guilty of is being filled with juicy Hops, Orange peel and loads of Oats, Wheat and flaked Barley.

Necropolis – ABV 8.2%

Best Before Date April2018 but is aging nicely!

Necropolis, is an Imperial India Black Ale. Expect a strong aroma of heavy tropical fruits and viscous malts. The flavour brings all of this promise into a complex cauldron where a perfect mouthfeel meets bittered chocolate malts and a full hop cacophony of jungle fruits.
