Why are you more expensive than other craft beer clubs?

The higher price lets us include the beers other craft beer clubs can’t.

Limited release beers, brewed in smaller batches using more expensive ingredients, with higher rates of beer duty due to their alcohol content.

When do I get billed?

You will be billed at the start your subscription, then on the same date each month afterwards (this is your renewal date). If you sign up on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month your renewal date will be the 28th.

You can check the renewal date of your plan(s) in our customer portal, or by emailing us at support@imperialbeerclub.com; including enough details for us to identify your subscription.

How often do I get beers?

We send you one box per calendar month, which you will usually receive 2-3 working days after your renewal date.

How do I sign up?

Just follow the links on our homepage (http://imperialbeerclub.com) to sign up as a subscriber, or give a subscription as a gift.  

If you’ve been given a gift voucher just select the corresponding plan and apply your special code on the sign-up page.

Why do you need my credit card details to redeem a gift voucher?

In order to comply with the Licensing Act 2003 we are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure we only sell alcohol to persons over 18 years of age.

Once your gift period expires your card will be charged automatically, and we will keep sending you beer.

However if you want to avoid these charges, you can log in to the customer portal (using the link we send) and cancel your subscription at any time. This won’t stop you receiving any deliveries pending as a result of your gift voucher.  

What beers will I get?

We choose a different selection of beers each month, focusing on limited release beers from small batch brewers.

Can I choose my beers?

Unfortunately it isn’t currently possible to customise the contents of each box.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our box has been specially designed to use the minimum amount of materials needed to protect your beers, and is 100% recyclable.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

It isn’t currently possible to pause a subscription, but you can cancel and resubscribe anytime you like. However, please note that you will not be able to rejoin using a promotional code within 3 months of cancelling your subscription.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all boxes are non-refundable unless defective in which case we will send a replacement or a full refund.

We only accept returns in exceptional circumstances, in which case you should contact us at support@imperialbeerclub.com. Please note that in these circumstances you will be required to pay for return delivery to us.

How do I update my address?

Just visit our customer portal where you can update any of your details effective immediately. Alternatively send us an email at support@imperialbeerclub.com making sure you include enough information for us to be able to identify your account and we’ll do it for you.

Please ensure you allow 5 working days for us to process changes received by email.

How do I update my payment details?

Just visit our customer portal where you can update any of your details effective immediately. Alternatively please send us an email at support@imperialbeerclub.com making sure you include enough information for us to be able to identify your account and we’ll do this for you.

How can I change my password?

Just visit our customer portal where you can update any of your details including your password. Passwords are one-way encrypted so we can’t process changes as a result of email requests.

If you have forgotten you password use the link on the customer portal login page to obtain a reset link.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes. You can change your renewal date any time after the expiry of your current subscription period.

This option isn’t available in the customer portal so send us an email at support@imperialbeerclub.com making sure you include enough information for us to be able to identify your account and we’ll do this for you.

What if my box is damaged?

Oh no! We spent a long time designing our box to withstand all the bumps and bounces it might get on its way to you, but occasionally something might go wrong. If it does send us an email at support@imperialbeerclub.com and we’ll put things right as quick as we can. If you could include a few photos it would be really helpful.
