All purchases of beer are made via the Eebria platform, and are subject to their terms and conditions.

If you are still unable to resolve any problem you should contact support@imperialbeerclub.com, although please note that we are unable to directly access courier systems regarding deliveries, so any queries of this nature will be more easily resolved direct with Eebria.


When you purchase membership this is processed via our platform.

Membership provides you with unique discount code, that entitles you to 10% discount on the retail price of any beer we offer for sale.

Memberships are automatically renewed on each 12 month anniversary using your original method of payment (securely held with our payment processor).

Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process any new or renewed memberships and provide your discount code.

It is an explicit condition of membership that your unique code may only be used for purchases made via links on our website, emails or social media. If you navigate directly to the Eebria website and use your code it will result in us incurring additional fees and may result in us suspending or cancelling your membership.

Imperial Beer Club is a club, and we reserve the right to reject any application for membership in which case we will provide a refund of the membership fee.

We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership if you break these terms and conditions, or behave in a way we deem to be inappropriate toward our staff or the staff of our partners.

Once your membership has been processed it is non-refundable.

Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time by emailing support@imperialbeerclub.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process any requests.
