Ramblers Double IPA – ABV 8%

In this DIPA collaboration with Deya, Mosaic, Azacca and El Dorado hops combine to create a boozy yet drinkable, fruity and mouth-watering American treat.

Look: Super-hazy amber-orange colour with a lively white head.

Aroma: Pine freshness and thick juicy fruits, driven by mango and pineapple.

Taste: More juicy fruit – some orange joins mango and pineapple on the palate. Lasting refreshing juicy that dries slightly on the finish.

Verdict: Thick, crisp and juicy – the perfect refreshment after climbing a mountain (but probably drink some water, too).

Karoshi DIPA – ABV 8%

Thick, juicy easy-drinking DIPA, brewed whilst the team at Gipsy Hill were building their new brew house.

Look: Nice and murky, just like a New England IPA should be.

Aroma: Tropical fruit with a hit of hops.

Taste: Creamy mouthfeel, with orange and pineapple juice and a nice bitter finish.

Verdict: Another great New England IPA Gipsy Hill, following on the heels of Ramblers.

Drifter – ABV 7.0%

Drifter is our original New England IPA. This year’s batch comes loaded with two kinds of oats, wheat, Lallemand’s NE yeast and ekuanot BBC pellets alongside azalea and El Dorado.

Hepcat Hepcat – ABV 7.5%

Hepcat Hepcat is a beer to celebrate our 400th brew!

Our most popular session beer, brewed (almost) twice as strong. Twice the malt, twice the hops, twice the Hepcat.
