Pale orange haze offering an aroma of citrus fruit and sweet orange peel leading to a sharp juicy palate of fresh orange juice, pineapple and mango.

West Coast IPA – ABV 7.2%

Super sweet yet refreshing, Cara Pils malts capture the subtle West Coast malt profile nicely, while the Citra and Simcoe hops create a citrus crisp finish.

Look: Dark golden and hazy with a large foamy just off-white head. Fine carbonation and nice lacing.

Aroma: Bursting with tangerines, satsumas, grapefruit, backed up by malt and hoppy notes.

Taste: Sweet yet balanced with full-on bitterness the hops and grapefruit. Medium- to full-bodied with nice balance.

Verdict: Zingy citrus and pine finish keeps this balanced and refreshing. Go West!

Hadouken ABV 7.4%

Hadouken is our Amplified IPA. A dedication to the classic finishing move one of our favourite video games back in the 90s. Massively hopped with a combo of 3 American varieties. A collaboration with Rabidbarfly.

Big Smoke: The Judge – ABV 8.5%

BB date May 2018

A hazy, juicy Double IPA with a big citrus aroma.

Hops – Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe

ENZ – ABV 7.4%

Best Before date 20th of March 2018 but still tastes great!

Southern Style IPA with intense tropical fruits, mango, citrus, tangerines aromas and flavours.

IPA – ABV 7.1%

A traditional IPA done well: bitter dry and crisp to make it extremely refreshing combined with sweet tropical fruit against a luxurious yet subtle caramel body.

Look: Five Points IPA pours a hazy golden colour with a nice slightly off white head.

Aroma: Grapefruit, peach and mango the combination of Cascade and Galaxy hops.

Taste: We get grapefruit and pine with more subtle tropical fruit against a softly carbonated caramel body.

Food Pairing:This beer works with salty foods and is equally at home with the umami flavour of meats. So why not do both? Try it with roast chicken and rub some salt into the skin to make it extra crispy.

Verdict: A long bitter finish that makes it extremely refreshing. A classic IPA.

I’m Spartacus IPA – ABV 6.8%

Grassy and resinous, this Simcoe-driven India Pale Ale has loads of layers, including a refreshing grapefruit bitterness and tropical American-hop citrus tones.

Look: This particular Spartacus pours a hazy light golden colour.

Aroma: Grapefruit, lime and pine with the sort of grassiness you expect an APA, but which doesn’t overpower the other aromas.

Taste: There is bitterness against the booziness of the alcohol without the usual dry finish you’d normally expect a beer of this style. Best served fridge cold.

Food pairing: Beers of this style work extremely well with salty fried foods.
Try pairing it with the crispiness of salt and pepper king prawns.

Five O’Clock Shadow – ABV 7.3%

This American IPA is brimming with Summit, Apollo and Columbus hops so it’s bold strong and uncompromising – just like a real American cowboy.

Look: Hazy gold with a nice foamy off-white head and strong lacing.

Aroma: Big citrus notes straight out of the gate with grapefruit, orange and lemon zest; some resinous, piney tones and hoppy crispness.

Taste: The CaraRed and Munich malts start to take the lead with toast and biscuit notes but still plenty of citrus sweetness.

Verdict: Weird Beard encouraged us to embrace our inner cowboy with this one. So, quite simply, yee haw.

Magic Rock Cannonball ABV 7.4%

Cannonball is an India Pale Ale in the true tradition, high in alcohol and massively hopped to survive a long sea voyage. We don t want you to wait though, crack the cap and let the flavour explode on your palate. Tropically fruity, resinous hops compete against a sweet malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to a mouth puckering crescendo. Our hop bomb might just blow you away
