West by Three Berry White IPA ABV 7%
Oh, baby.
West by Three’s first interpretation of the modern milkshake IPA style is loaded with Rhubarb, Blackberries, Raspberries and Oats. An addition of Lactose blends with the oats to create a smooth full body, that we are sure the ‘Walrus of Love’ himself would enjoy.
The Vermont yeast allows the late additions of Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra to shine through and blend with the Berries and Rhubarb to form our Berry White IPA. This combination results in complex aroma and flavours; tart, juicy, and aromatic but without bitterness.
Finished with low carbonation to keep things silky smooth, you will be left wanting more.
DAPA – ABV 8.4%
BB date: 2nd of April 2018 but still tastes great!
Double American Pale Ale Big Juicy Fruit Flavours with a smooth hazy finish. Mosaic, Citra, Exp 431, Equinox and Cascade.
F@#k You I Won’t Brew You Tell Me – ABV 9.3%
We can testify this beer is in your face about hops and bitterness. Bold USA hops work their forces. Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe and Chinook give grapefruit, squeezed orange juice and pine aromas. Swilling in the name of proper DIPAs. Light caramel, more citrus fruits and resin: tasty, dry, we won’t brew what they told us.
Not Guilty! The Juice IPA – ABV 7.5%
The only thing this beer is guilty of is being filled with juicy Hops, Orange peel and loads of Oats, Wheat and flaked Barley.
Quirks & Quinine – ABV 8.0%
A collaboration between Dutch brewers, De Molen and Beavertown brings a very special Farmhouse Ale. This Gin & Tonic inspired beer is seasoned with juniper berries, coriander seeds, lemon peel and the bitter cinchona bark to create the craft beer version of a good old Gin Tonic.
